Have you ever dreamed of having your own holiday home, idyllically situated away from it all, where you can go to unwind in a beautiful riverside location, far away from the hustle and bustle of modern urban life?

Well, we have news for you. There is one such place: a site so secluded and well hidden in the landscape that the go ahead  has been given within the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for a sensitive but prestigious development to take place.

So why not come and see it for yourself? And it’s no great hardship getting here: the road which brings you to us (the A686) has been hailed by AA Magazine as one of the ten most scenic drives in Europe.

Parmontley Hall is located in the North East of England and is situated near to Hadrian's Wall.

We are not a letting park as such, but do currently allow a few visitors each year to rent our showlodges to enable them to experience the Parmontley life style. The cost of your stay will be deducted from the cost of your lodge should you decide to buy on the park.

Lettings cost £100 inc VAT per night or £550 inc VAT for seven nights.
